My journey into this path didn’t begin with the goal of fitness. It began with a deep inner search—for peace, for truth, for something real. After years of inner struggle and unanswered questions, I found something profound:

I’m Prashant, a yogi, wellness guide, and holder of a 3-year diploma in Yogic Sciences and Naturopathy. over the past decade, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—travelers, seekers, and those dealing with anxiety, hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, and chronic fatigue, helping them to reconnect with their natural ability to heal—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What I teach is simple—but powerful.
Through practices like Nadi Shodhana, Kapalbhati, and Ujjayi, we awaken the body’s own intelligence. These are not just techniques; they’re energetic tools—clearing blocked pathways, resetting the nervous system, and re-igniting your life force (Prana).

This isn’t about chasing quick fixes.
It’s about slowing down, breathing deeply, and trusting the ancient healing wisdom already inside you.

My Philosophy

The breath is the gateway.
Most people are breathing in survival mode. I teach you how to breathe for deep healing.

Awareness is medicine.
When you become truly present with your body, the healing happens naturally.

Healing is your nature.
Your body knows what to do. We just need to get out of the way—and support it with breath, presence, and trust.
